Jocelen brings more than 20 years of experience across corporate, government and statutory environments, including senior roles in advocacy, Chief of Staff positions, government relations, campaign strategy and communications. Her strategic judgement is matched by practical implementation experience, gained across state, national and international environments. Born and raised in regional Victoria, she brings a grounded, practical sensibility to complex strategic work.
